We are proud to be among the few to offer pinsa instead of pizza, a typically Lazio product that is worth tasting if you haven’t tried it yet. The long slow fermentation make it particularly digestible and light.
Refined, seasonal ingredients and new recipes characterize our fuori carta for those who want to vary from the classic menu and try new tastes.
