How does reservation work?

We recommend online booking, directly on our website or on our social profiles (Google, FB, IG). In this way you can check the availability of the tables in real time, reserving the desired day and time at any time of the day.
Alternatively, you can book by phone, via whatsapp or email only on the restaurant's opening days and times.
Is a reservation required for lunch or dinner at Rosso?

Booking is not compulsory but strongly recommended; this will allow you not only to have a guaranteed table, but will also help us to offer you a better service.
At what times is it possible to book a table by telephone?

On the days and hours the restaurant is open.
How does the online booking confirmation work?

Up to 8 people you can book online and receive an automatic email from the system. For more than 8 people, however, you can book online but you will have to wait for confirmation from the staff via email or phone.
I cannot book a table. Why?

If you have already checked the internet connection and the website is open and working, the most likely reason is that all the places available for the chosen day and time are sold out.
By what time to book?

By 12pm for lunch and by 7pm for dinner on the day of arrival.
Personal data and Privacy

The personal data requested are necessary to complete the booking process and will be used only for the purpose and for the time needed to confirm the booking made.
How much delay is allowed by the booking time?

We are aware that going to a restaurant is a moment of relaxation, recreation, fun and for this reason we do not like the idea of forcing the guest to a strict schedule; however, it is better to be aware that a delay, especially if not communicated in advance, could result in a delay in service upon arrival as well as the risk of losing your seat after 30 minutes.
